beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Franchise Attorney to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to our franchisees and franchisors.

The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the bar in the province of Ontario.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise law, including experience in drafting and negotiating franchise agreements, advising on franchise disclosure documents, and providing legal advice on franchise-related matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide legal advice and counsel to our franchisees and franchisors, draft and negotiate franchise agreements, advise on franchise disclosure documents, and provide legal advice on franchise-related matters.
