The Role


Cameco is looking for an enthusiastic administrative professional to join the aviation logistics team to perform activities supporting coordination of air transportation and logistics for the corporation.

You will be challenged to provide the best customer service in the most efficient and effective way possible.


In this role, you will:


  • Administrative support such as reporting, data entry, filing and documenting processes
  • Work with a team of logistics professionals and air carriers to support charter flight requests prior to the date of flight and after the date of flight
  • Provide assistance to the corporate flight desk team, various department administrative assistants and site administration

Required:


  • Certificate or diploma in administration
  • A minimum of two years experience in an administrative support role
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
  • Experience in high volume and fast paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office suite
  • Superior interpersonal communication, planning, prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work occasional overtime
  • Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft (site positions only)
