    Our client located in Waterloo is a luxury automotive retailer. They are looking for a Service Manager.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills that will be essential in growing profitability, mentoring the team, optimizing processes, coordinating with the sales and parts departments and ensuring the achievement of overall dealership goals.

    Candidates will lead the service department to success, coaching on effective strategies to achieve and exceed profitability and CSI targets.

    Supervise, direct and lead the car department.
    Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times.
    Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs.

    Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs.

    Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings.


    Job Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Service Manager in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of increasing year over year profits while maintaining leading CSI scores.

    Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal and motivational skills.
    Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers.
    Ability to develop and implement effective service & sales strategies.
    Deep understanding of automotive services and operational management.
    Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points.

    Salary:
    $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
