    About Our Client: One of Canada's leading residential property management firms with 20,000+ individual units in their portfolio.

    Job Summary: We are seeking a senior professional to lead and manage Yardi software projects, drive process improvements, and provide training and support to staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage Yardi software projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure Yardi configurations meet business needs.
    • Provide training and support to staff on Yardi functionalities.
    • Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Yardi software.
    • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy for residential properties.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years experience in residential property management space.
    • Led implementation of multiple Yardi modules.
    • Strong knowledge of Power BI and expertise in Yardi and Property Vista.
    • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Scheduling, GANTT charts, dependencies etc.
