Salary:
$180,000 - $200,000/annually + bonus + competitive benefits package

The purpose of the Vice President of Sales is to provide leadership to the National Admissions team, as well as all other Primacorp subsidiaries, to meet or exceed the enrollment/sales targets for the Company.

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for providing leadership to the various teams by setting expectations, proactively providing solutions, holding the team accountable and conducting on-going coaching and training to the core leadership members.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


The Vice President, Sales will at various times be responsible for the following as well as other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the Company.


  • Manages, creates, assesses, updates, and implements a Strategic Enrollment Management Plan (College Division) to sustain to grow total enrollment as per budget.
  • Collaborates, directs, manages and strategizes to meet enrollment budget numbers and NCTV targets as approved.
  • Creates and presents reports, budgets, forecasts as needed.
  • Develop and provide presentations to various stakeholders
  • Promote, suggest and implement efficiencies from policy and procedures to systems and training.
  • Develop, propose, monitor, evaluate and administer policies and procedures around enrollment management, which promote division and student success.
  • Identifies trends and support student resolutions as they arise; aids in process updates with Operations to be proactive and to ensure start numbers are maintained.
  • Promote respect for students, faculty and staff and recognize initiative and excellence.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable Provincial and local laws, policies, and regulations in relation to college policies, as required in the areas of resource allocation and management.
  • Provide direction to aid the refinement, implementation, and coordination of an admissions training plan for staff.
  • Oversee hiring, training, development, leadership, and growth of the admissions department.
  • Evaluate and provide appropriate approval for scholarship requests and incentives.
  • Collaborate with other college departments to ensure quality and continuous improvement toward seamless delivery of enrollment services.
  • Creates, monitors, and ensures monthly management plans are executed.
  • Collaborates with onground brands and locations to enhance best practices, crossenrollment, and adherence to company policies.
  • Manages Admissions Coordinators, Admissions Reps, Directors of Admissions and Admissions Managers, holding them accountable to the targets, expectations, and standards of the College.
  • Conducts accountability meetings such as (but not limited to) C-Rep Meeting, Drill Call, NSR, etc.
  • Ensures monthly training plan is executed as desired, and champions improvements in training month over month.
  • Coaches Admissions Managers in oneonone sessions as needed and requested.
  • Ensures activity is properly tracked, completed: daily activity, abandoned leads, NPIs, call blitzes, etc. and proactively adjusts strategy when it is not.
  • Provides leadership, advice, and guidance to the various Leaders and Managers in the other Primacorp subsidiaries regarding meeting sales (and sales related) targets and KPIs
  • Other responsibilities and duties may arise.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
To be successful in the Vice President of Sales position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:

Education and Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Sales, Advertising, Business or a related field
  • Fifteen or more (15+) years Sales experience
  • At least 5 years of senior management experience in Sales

  • Proven sales performance history.
  • Proven success in mentorship, training.
  • Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of the provincial Student Assistance Program would be an asset
  • Understanding of the programs and services provided by the organization
  • Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service
