Geophysicist to join our growing Technical Service Center team in
Calgary, Alberta.

Your Background:

years of subsurface interpretation experience;

Athabasca oilsands experience preferred;
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Geophysics;
Professional designation with APEGA;
Experience working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams;
Broad knowledge of geology and petrophysics;
Understanding of reservoir and production engineering would be an asset;
Working knowledge and understanding of the upstream Oilsands business model;
Operational, SAGD or other thermal process experience is desirable;
Software: Petrel, Hampson-Russell.

Geoscience interpretation using integrated data sets for oil sands development projects resulting in cohesive subsurface depositional models and reservoir predictability;
Interpretation of subsurface stratigraphy, structure, isopach and reservoir quality attributes to accurately characterize and highgrade potential areas of interest for near term development;
