What We Need


We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.


Are you:

  • A marketing professional that has been responsible for generating brand awareness and interest of accounts?
  • Capable of running endtoend, integrated, multitouch marketing campaigns?


As the Marketing Manager, you will manage account engagement and personalize content through various online channels to generate demand and advance opportunities.

You will also be responsible for driving adoption of new sales enablement technologies across our sales channel.

A Day in the Life- Lead account-based marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and interest of prospects- Develop, maintain, and refine comprehensive account profiles and target personas- Monitor account engagement and nurture leads to ensure timely sales outreach- Partner with vendors to develop a training plan as well as measure, calibrate, and improve adoption of new enablement tools across our sales channel- Collaborate with sales to develop plays, personalized content, and campaigns that increase pipeline and conversion rates for targeted accounts and contacts- Build marketing tactics that will engage prospects from having no awareness all the way to successful conversion- Communicate and optimize the impact of marketing activities across marketing and sales


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, and / or MBA preferred
  • Proven track record in Marketing or Account Based Marketing 5+ years of experience in driving brand awareness and / or demand generation preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with sales channels
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Demandbase, Pardot, and / or LinkedIn a plus
  • Customer focused, high energy, selfstarter
  • Comfortable working in an unstructured, fastpaced environment
