- Reviewing credit card applications - including ID&V checks, credit limit calculations and reviewing high risk factors.
- Assisting customers with digital onboarding, the mobile app, and all the ancillary services.
- Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and online messages.
- Assisting customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions.
- Investigating and resolving disputes, and ensuring that customers receive appropriate credits or refunds when necessary.
- Assisting in the set-up and management of direct debits.
- Assisting in enhancing the product and service proposition.
- Strong analytical skills, and a desire to become a knowledgeable credit analyst.
- Understanding of financial crime/fraud risk, and a desire to build-up this knowledge.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, time management and delegation skills.
- Prior experience is not a pre-requisite for this role.
