Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.


Job Summary:
The state-of-the-art Lexus store opened July 2020 and is located in South Winnipeg at 200 Lowson Crescent.

The new stand-alone, two-story, 41,000-square-foot Lexus store has room for as many as 250 vehicles on-site and brand-new service installations.

The Service Lot Attendant works with the Service Department team to ensure excellent levels of customer service.

This position requires a highly trustworthy, reliable, and hard-working car enthusiast to ensure the proper handling and delivery of Birchwood Lexus' customer vehicles.


Shift Details**:
Monday

  • Friday, hours to be discussed.

What we need from you:


  • Assist and provide support to the Service Consultants when needed
  • Act as the "face of the dealership" when delivering customer vehicles; upholding exceptional customer service
  • Navigate the city; ensuring city laws are followed accordingly
  • Build customer rapport and assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged
  • Automotive background and Customer Service experience are preferred, but not required
  • Ability to navigate the city of Winnipeg, with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and transportation to work
