Universal Financial Associate

We're looking for passionate, values-driven people to join our team at Connect First Credit Union.

As a Universal Financial Associate, you'll play an integral role in the branch by supporting members with all their banking needs. You'll prepare documents for member meetings, provide proactive contact and follow-up with members, handle discussions with walk-in members, and perform various administrative and branch support activities.

• Proactively gather and document all pertinent information required for financial advisors to have robust conversations.
• Review personal accounts for completeness, accuracy, and ensure they are fully compliant. Look for recommendations to shape members' financial fitness.
