Position Summary

Application Training

Project Coordination

Will assist in documenting corporate processes and procedures across all departments. Will use this material in training to ensure company standards are being met across the organization.

Education & Work Experience
Completion of college diploma or equivalent education in Marketing and Communications and/or 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Competencies and Skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
A creative mindset to design training documents on word and PowerPoint
Proven ability to multitask and manage project deliverables
Customer service focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills/efficient vocabulary
Organizational and time management skills
Understanding of the lifecycle of a project
Able to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects, set schedules, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
