Key Responsibilties- Ensure Retail customers are taken care of and liaise with shop staff to make sure there are positive outcomes for the customer
- Ensure show room is neat and tidy with up dated pricing
- Inventory management. Advise owner of descrepancies
- Ordering and ensuring accuracy of customer orders
- Maintain and update appointment calendar on a regular basis
- Track customer orders with suppliers and update on a regular basis
- Maintain neat and accurate customer records
- Knowledgeable in outdoor lifestyle products as well as truck accessories
- Experience in retail and after market lifestyle products
- 12 years of Safety and Compliance experience
Duties Include:
- Inspect customer installs and make adjustments to provide positive customer out comes
- When installs are complete review them with customer and provide customers with answers to any questions they may have
- Collaborate with shop staff to ensure positive outcomes for customers
- Manage install schedule
- Participation in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures,
- Ensure timely ordering of parts for customer installs
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience and asset but not essential.
- Team player and skills with demonstrated abilities to interact well with all levels of associates and customers
- Proven ability to encourage and motivate others in a positive manner.
- Selfmotivated, assertive, and quick to respond
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Quick Learner & Problem Solver
- Valid Drivers licence
- Good physical condition as some aspects of the job require physical work
