Description

• Ensure Retail customers are taken care of and liaise with shop staff to make sure there are positive outcomes for the customer
• Ensure show room is neat and tidy with up dated pricing
• Inventory management. Advise owner of descrepancies
• Ordering and ensuring accuracy of customer orders
• Maintain and update appointment calendar on a regular basis
• Track customer orders with suppliers and update on a regular basis
• Maintain neat and accurate customer records

• Knowledgeable in outdoor lifestyle products as well as truck accessories
• Experience in retail and after market lifestyle products
• 12 years of Safety and Compliance experience

• Inspect customer installs and make adjustments to provide positive customer out comes
• When installs are complete review them with customer and provide customers with answers to any questions they may have
• Collaborate with shop staff to ensure positive outcomes for customers
• Manage install schedule
• Participation in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures,
• Ensure timely ordering of parts for customer installs

• Experience and asset but not essential.
• Team player and skills with demonstrated abilities to interact well with all levels of associates and customers
• Proven ability to encourage and motivate others in a positive manner.
• Selfmotivated, assertive, and quick to respond
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
• Quick Learner & Problem Solver
• Valid Drivers licence
• Good physical condition as some aspects of the job require physical work
