    NAPA Shediac is looking for a new Assistant Store Manager

    Some of the responsibilites include:

    • Effectively support the overall objectives of the Store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
    • Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
    • Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
    • Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy
    • Attends and participates in regular communication meetings held by the Store Manager
    Qualifications

    To join our team, you need:

    • College degree in business or equivalent experience (assset)
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
    • Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge (aset)
    • Experience in personnel management
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Strong computer literacy
