About the role:

• Actively looking for sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and add profitable goals.
• Organize and promote events, seminars and activities to prospect new business.
• Be on the road at least 80% of the time, bringing new business.

Requirements:

• Typically, between 15 years of relevant experience in the Mortgage Industry.
• Strong Knowledge of the real estate industry and mortgage market.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to different audiences.
• Verbal & written communication skills indepth.
• Analytical & problemsolving skills indepth.
• Collaboration & team skills in depth.

Compensation:

100% Commission (+bonus)


Hybrid position:

Ability to work from home a couple of days a week.

$33,100.00-$500,000.00 per year
