Wuxly is looking for hungry, humble and hardworking Retail Associates to become Outerwear Experts, and educate our clients about our products and share the brand's mantra with our community at our Flagship stores.

A successful Outerwear Expert at Wuxly is an energetic salesperson that is looking to represent a cool, ethical and playful brand.

This is a parttime, hourly contract position, requiring weekend availability.

- $18/hour plus bonuses tied to sales.

Responsibilities:

Acting as a Wuxly ambassador in all interactions, fully adopting the #LiveWarm approach
Educating clients about Wuxly outerwear, our brand story and "Live Warm" mantra
Providing a 360 degree luxury customer experience, anticipate the needs of clients, find solutions on the spot, and go above and beyond to satisfy customers
Closing sales with confidence while building customer relationships and loyalty
Attracting prospective customers to the popup store
Representing Wuxly in an energetic and friendly manner
Assisting with merchandising and inventory processes to ensure the store is always ready for customers

Requirements:

Prior experience as a brand ambassador
Prior experience in a sales position within retail
Playful energy, love interacting with people and startingup meaningful conversation
Connection with the Wuxly brand and our mantra of "Live Warm"
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to take initiative (act like an owner)
Love of a fastmoving work environment
Capable and comfortable lifting items as heavy as 30 lbs
Eligible to work in Canada
Availability on evenings, weekends
Experience with customer service platforms like Gorgias/FreshDesk/Zendesk would be an asset
