Saint John, NB Customer Service Student Temporary $16.50 / hour


We are currently seeking several summer student Member Service Representatives to join our Roadside Assistance Contact Centre in Saint John.

We are open 7 day a week, 365 days a year with working hours from 6am to 11pm AST.


We seek mature, stable, customer focused individuals looking to provide excellent service to our CAA Members requiring Roadside Assistance in Atlantic Canada.

What you'll do


Responsibilities:


Duties:


  • Answer inbound requests and call back requests for Roadside Assistance.
  • Dispatch calls to the service provider.
  • Answer general Membership inquiries.
  • Clerical paperwork
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:


Qualifications and Competencies:


  • Committed to customer service and working in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Listening and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail
  • Relevant customer service experience
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable with repetitive routines
  • Competency using Google Maps
  • High school diploma or equivalent
