In this position you will directly assist the Lead technician in service, installs and design of electronic and technical door and building accessories.
This is a fast moving entry level position aimed at developing you into a technician within the first year. Development beyond technician is available in many fields within the company.Some of the systems the technicians are responsible for are:
Automatic entrances
Door hardware integration
Access control systems
Mechanical door hardware
Washroom partitions
Lockers
Within this position you will develop the skills to efficintly trouble shoot and repair:
Low voltage electrical systems
Mechanical access systems
Privacy and secure storage systems
Relevant skills include but are not limited to:
Automotive or home repair
Commercial and industrial construction experience
Customer service
Electronic installation and service
This position is a physical position and will require lifting, moving and holding items above your head and with assistance from other Technicians or Installers.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
