Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in system testing;
Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics solutions;
Excellent knowledge of system testing methodology executingte system and user acceptance tests;
Examining test databases using SQL
5+ years of experience with Agile project management and development practices (managing the backlog, preparing and supporting the scrum master, sprint planning, creating user stories

Responsibilities:

Participate in business requirements walkthroughs;
Analyze business requirements documentation including Use Cases, User Stories and nonfunctional requirements;
Develop and contribute to the testing strategy and create systems test plan and test suites (including test cases);
Analyze test data requirements and create appropriate test data to support the test strategy;
Execute system and user acceptance tests adhering to standard testing methodologies;
Create and execute automated test scripts where possible, using automated testing tools;
Verify actual results meet expected results. Examine test databases using SQL. Analyze and log test results. Document and monitor resolution of system variances using an automated problem management system;
Contribute to and maintain a defect summary to aid with prioritization and defect tracking;
Provide recommendations to the Project Manager as to the acceptance or rejection of any changed system components;
Weekly reporting on status, progress, and key issue/concerns as directed by the Project Lead or Sr. Project Manager;
Transfer skills and knowledge to selected OPS staff.

Extension/Amendment Attestation:
Extension(s) only allowed using unused days/funds left on contract.

No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW.

Assignment Type:

This position is currently listed as "Hybrid" as consultants may be required to work partly in the physical workplace and partly remotely.

The details of this arrangement will be at the Hiring Manager's discretion.

Experience and Skill

Testing Experience

5+ years of experience in system testing;
Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics solutions;
Excellent knowledge of system testing methodology, execute system and user acceptance tests;
Ability to understand and analyze business requirements, and systems response documents, to design and execute test plans to ensure the system functions and meets the business requirements;
Experience verifying actual results meet expected results. Examining test databases using SQL. Analyzing and logging test results;
Documenting and monitoring resolution of system variances using an automated problem management system (e.g. Clear Quest, MS Azure DevOps);
Ability to write test plans and test cases that are wellstructured, easy to maintain, and easily understood by both developers and business analysts and clients;
Providing detailed testing plans;
Proven and demonstrable troubleshooting and analytical experience;
Demonstrated excellent problem solving and decisionmaking skills;
Experience analyzing business requirements documentation including use cases, user stories and other nonfunctional requirements;
Experience analyzing test data requirements and create appropriate test data to support the test strategy;
Experience with automated system testing and testing tools;
Experience testing datamigration processes
Experience contributing and maintaining defect summaries to aid with prioritization of work and defect tracking;
Experience using automated testing scripts and tools (e.g. Rational Functional Tester, Selenium or any equivalent automated testing tool);
5+ years of experience with Agile project management and development practices (managing the backlog, preparing and supporting the scrum master, sprint planning, creating user stories

etc.

Strong consulting skills to engage with all stakeholders;
A demonstrated team player with a track record for meeting deadlines;
Demonstrated success in working productively with business clients, developers, and technical specialists such as DBAs;
Demonstrated experience reporting status, progress, and key issue/concerns to project managers and leads.

Healthcare Experience

Knowledge and experience with Health related or Health Insurance related I&IT projects;
Knowledge of enterprise architecture artifacts (or similar), processes and practices, and ability to produce technical documentation that comply with industry standard practices;
Indepth knowledge of industry standard such as Project Management Institute (PMI) and standard unified I&IT project management methodologies.
Knowledge and understanding of policy and IT project approval processes and requirements;
Experience adopting and adhering to unified I&IT
