Vice President On-Premise and Emerging Growth working in

Toronto, Canada, you will be accountable for the development and execution of the national On-Premise strategy, contributing and aligning to the Canadian Long Range Plan, and translating to Annual Operating Plan business goals and P&L performance. You will be responsible for managing top-tier relationships at Key Accounts as well as leading and developing National On-Premise field sales teams to deliver NSR, volume, profit and share goals. You will also have ownership of all key partnerships, sponsorships and alliances, as well as route to market and successful customer execution of emerging growth (beyond beer) portfolio expansion.

The Responsibilities:


  • Most importantly, you will recruit, retain and develop a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversation
  • You will own progress of culture goals across Canada commercial teams and develop capabilities within teams to support achievement of AOP and LRP goals.
  • You will develop and executive LRP and AOP goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives, strategies, and sales/financial targets.
  • You will evaluate onpremise and emerging growth (beyond beer) sales strategies and performance on an ongoing basis: adjusting, reprioritizing, and executing as necessary to achieve short and longterm goals.
  • You will be responsible for the relationship between Molson Coors and major national, provincial, and local key accounts and liquor boards. Driving joint value creation with customers through relationship development and innovative solutions
  • You will assist the government relations team in identifying and executing top priorities and solving business related problems effectively, including working with the TBS board as required
  • You will ead ongoing development and management of major partnerships, sponsorships and alliances, maximizing contract value and execution of brand, sales, and financial goals, while also fostering new partnerships for growth. Creation and execution of sales plans for emerging growth (beyond beer) portfolios.
  • You will directly manage sound financial and budgetary policies and instill a commitment to fiscal responsibility within teams. Maximize utilization of available budget to ensure efforts reach trade with a relentless focus on ROI to drive profitable growth.
