Description
Support TLS/SSL Certificate signing

  • Support DCO Technical Services for other CRQ work loads
  • Hybrid Work Environment 3 days in the office, 2 days remote work

Responsibilities:


  • Create, Submit, and Manage Change Requests related to TLS/SSL Certificate Renewals.
  • Sign certificates with active certificate authority VOR. Update and Maintain OPS Configuration Management Database.
  • Process incidents or work orders as assigned within SLA.
  • Work with a team to deliver on DCO Service Change and Fulfillment CRQ work load.
  • Create, Submit, and Manage Change Requests related DCO technical Services work requirements.
  • Update and Maintain OPS Configuration Management Database for impacts related to changes or incidents.
  • 5+ years experience providing oversight to support ITIL processes critical in maintaining operations of a 7/24/365 data center environment.
- *Experience should include incident management, change management and configuration management.

  • Demonstrated experience with inter team and project communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management activities.
  • Demonstrated ability for strong documentation and writing skills.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract


Pay:
$60.00-$70.00 per hour
