    Your future team:

    You will become part of the Yard and Brick plant team managing a team of 17 people and reporting to the Production Manager.

    What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for their daily briquette production operation, and the development of the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the execution the briquette production schedule.
  • Participates in development of routines and tools required in order to ensure that the area of responsibility is operated efficiently based on the correct data.
  • He/she directs operations of raw material and waste handling to ensure continuous supply of raw materials to cupola charging plants and removal of wastes from all production lines process streams to ensure uninterrupted and continuous production flow from all productions lines the department services and supports.
  • What you bring:

  • 2 to 5 years production supervisor experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
  • Strong experience working with automated systems/conveyors.
  • Sound understanding or Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong experience with MS Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Project
  • Mechanical background
