Overview:

As an Expert, service operation, your role is to assure SITA's competitive strength and business growth through the provision of the highest quality technical Service Operations to SITA customers.

Additionally, you will manage and assist the Service Operations team through Problem Management.

What you will do:

_**- Provide Problem Management support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


  • Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and coordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups.
  • Support the senior team members in the management reporting and coordination of dayday tasks during absence of the Lead Engineer.

Qualifications:

_ Who you are:
_


  • Minimum 5+ years experience in the Network/Cloud support domain.
  • Airline experience and/or ATI knowhow.
  • Security(Ability to configure PaloAlto or Cisco firewalls) and Network protocols.
  • Service Management Process
  • Technical Communication
  • Degree or equivalent Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Recognized industry certifications such as CCIE/CCNP, PCNSE, NSE4, NSX-T/V.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate is good to have.
