    Agent(e) au traitement des commandes - Eska


    Le Groupe Dandurand est un chef de file canadien spécialisé dans l'importation et la commercialisation de vins, de spiritueux et de breuvages.

    Dans le cadre de notre nouveau partenariat à titre d'agent commercial pour le compte de la marque ESKA au Canada, nous devons assurer la gestion des commandes et du service à la clientèle en collaboration avec l'équipe logistique d'ESKA.

    Basé dans les bureaux de Groupe Dandurand, vous ferez partie d'une équipe hybride et jouerez un rôle clé de coordination entre les clients, les opérations d'ESKA et les équipes de Dandurand.

    En tant qu'Agent(e) au traitement des commandes dédié à ESKA, vous serez l'intermédiaire principal entre les clients, la logistique d'ESKA et les ventes de Dandurand. Vous veillerez à traiter les commandes avec rigueur, assurer le suivi des livraisons et adapter les demandes aux réalités opérationnelles.

    Responsabilités principales

    • Gérer le flux de commandes transmises via EDI : valider l'exactitude de l'information (entrepôt, volume, disponibilité, périodes de dégel, promotions, formats non optimaux, etc.).
    • Adapter les commandes selon les réalités opérationnelles (pénuries d'inventaires, contraintes de transport, etc.).
    • Saisir manuellement certaines commandes, le volume quotidien variant selon les périodes.
    • Participer aux réunions de production quotidiennes chez ESKA afin de planifier les livraisons et ajuster les priorités en fonction des capacités.
    • Communiquer proactivement avec les clients pour effectuer les modifications quotidiennes des commandes, notamment les changements de dates de livraison.
    • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe logistique d'ESKA pour assurer une livraison conforme et ponctuelle.
    • Identifier et signaler rapidement à votre supérieur tout enjeu nécessitant une escalade.
    • Gestion de la boîte courriel service à la clientèle (plaintes consommateurs, demande d'information, etc…)
    • Participer à des rencontres d'équipe ou des suivis stratégiques.

    Profil recherché

    • DEC ou formation connexe à l'emploi.
    • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et la suite Office (essentiels).
    • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de l'alimentation ou des biens de consommation courante.
    • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé) – rôle support à l'échelle nationale.
    • Connaissance du fonctionnement logistique (transport, entrepôts, livraison client, délais, etc.).
    • Grande rigueur, excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément dans un environnement à rythme rapide.
