  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent - Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Quantiative discipline
  • Mastery of GTS regulatory processes Call Centre environment Sales Planning or Revenue Operations Capital planning/expense planning forecasting project management and systems design Communication Skills Analytical Skills Good interpersonal skills The ability to plan prioritize and organize their span of control effectively to meet the business objectives of the organization.

Habilidades requeridas
