Destawed is North America's premium choice for Luxury Destination wedding events. DestaWed is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our destination wedding agency.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services to potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support the company's growth goals, including lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and use datadriven insights to make recommendations to the owners
  • Manage external vendors such as graphic designers, photographers, and printers to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization to improve ROI.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies are current and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or wedding industry.
  • Experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Experience with budget management and reporting.

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
