As the Bilingual (French/English) User Engagement Specialist, you will actively work towards boosting user engagement and activity for the Thrive Career Wellness Platform.

Your responsibility is to match services to users' unique situations and make sure that people are getting the most from their Thrive Career Wellness Programs.

You will work towards specific, measurable, and timely goals directly related to your role and responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

Providing thoughtful service and product recommendations for our users to engage with through the Thrive Marketplace
Effectively tracking and reporting on all activity, sharing insight into successes and areas of opportunity
Participating in our overall user engagement strategy
Acting as a general support figure and being involved with various business functions

What we're looking for:

23 years of experience in a client facing, customer service or sales role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
The ability to cater to a wide demographic of individuals with varying career transition program needs
Proven success in customer service and relationship management
Educational background in Business, Human Resources or Communications would be considered an asset but is not required

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per hour
