Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Use computer assisted design/drafting (AutoCAD) equipment and software to develop designs,
Create and revise production drawings,
Adhere to company Drafting and Engineering Standards,
Responsible for maintaining an organized file system for Production Drawings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field,
3+ experience drafting mechanical building systems in CAD (HVAC & Plumbing emphasis),
Knowledge of the ASHRAE and other relevant codes and standards used in the design of HVAC and building systems,
The ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, to read complex blueprints, piping sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams,
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Experience with Revit MEP is an asset,
French communication skills are an asset.
