At least two years of past Trust & Safety experience
Proven judgement calls in an efficient manner
Willingness to offer advice and call out issues when seen

A track record of being an extraordinary listener and communicator
Focused expertise to identify trends, patterns, or emerging problems in data
Past experience with superbit, text expander, looker a plus but not required
You rely on an equal balance of emotion and logic to inform your decisions

What you'll be working on:

What's the role?

Our client is looking for a Vetting Agent to be part of a dedicated Vetting team on Trust and Safety.

What's this team like?

The Vetting team is responsible for supporting our client's marketing initiatives by reviewing shops and sellers before they are publicly featured.

What does the day-to-day look like?

Approve or reject based on risk levels and assigning a risk rejection for tracking purposes
Be an specialist in identifying and assessing problematic item types and risks to their brand
Attend monthly meetings with cross functional partners and stakeholders
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams when more specialized reviews are needed in order to assess risk
Answer general questions from Marketing team in vetting Slack channels
