Job Overview:

Drape Master is a leading provider of garments, wedding gowns, drapery, and blind cleaning services. We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Production Manager to lead our day-to-day operational activities.

As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows for efficient business operations.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and costeffectiveness.
• Oversee cleaning processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and quality requirements.
• Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and wastage, maintaining accurate records.
• Train and supervise a team of cleaning technicians and support staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule work tasks and manage employee attendance.
• Produce Wages and Working Time Statistics for reporting.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly for exceptional service.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections of cleaned items.
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in all departments when needed.

What do you need to succeed?

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in management.
• Selfmotivated decision maker willing to help wherever needed.
• Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills.
• Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
