part-time CFO to contribute to the growth of SANDSTONE by providing the highest standard of investment research for the firm and our clients.

The
part-time CFO will be a highly motivated and goal-oriented team player who thrives in an open environment where flexibility and resourcefulness are required for success.

As an IIROC-regulated firm we require the following qualifications.


The role:

• Ongoing direct responsibility for all accounting and financial systems, including policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, regulatory, and tax preparation and reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasting, actualtobudget variance, and adhoc analysis to assist in management decisionmaking.

What you bring to the role:

• A financial accounting designation, finance, or accounting degree as may be acceptable to IIROC.
• Completion of (or willingness to complete) the CSI PDO Course and the CFO Qualifying Examination.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• Detailoriented mindset with a demonstrated commitment to highquality results.
• Great interpersonal skills and a cando attitude.
