Overview

Human Resources Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates and exemplifies company core values in all daily activities and tasks
  • Enters all New Hires into Ceridian Dayforce
  • Produces and distributes as required periodic human resources related reports and related analysis ( eg. new hires, terminations, turnover, do not hire lists)
  • Complete employment letters when requested by employees.
  • Assists other HR/Payroll team members in order to respond to changing departmental needs, priorities and levels of volume
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need as a Human Resources Administrator:

Experience: 1+ years administrative/Hospitality experience

Previous experience using Ceridian Dayforce

Education:
Degree or diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration


Other Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational skills; demonstrated attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in the handling of confidential material and information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees within the organization
  • General knowledge of the WSIB, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Human Rights and Employment Standards legislation
