Description

Duration: 12+ months

Ensure cybersecurity awareness for stakeholder teams to share cybersecurity objectives and problematics
Ensure cybersecurity awareness and cybersecurity training is provided to the project team
Establish the project Cybersecurity Management Plan (CSMP)
Establish the project Cybersecurity Context
Ensure that applicable security requirements, security rules, security guidelines, security information, etc. are distributed to all employees involved in the project including subcintractors' staff
Check the availability of necessary means (resource, competency, and budget for the staffing of the cybersecurity activities in the project) and alert management when issues arise
Ensure and validate Cybersecurity Risk Analysis
Develop and document cybersecurity risk mitigation actions plans
Ensure consistency and completeness of cybersecurity deliverables (cybersecurity design CADRA, cybersecurity Assets Inventory, etc.)
