Responsibilities:


  • Updating and maintaining files and accurate metadata in the electronic document management system (EDMS).
  • Formatting and quality checking project documentation using MS Word, Excel and other Office products.
  • Coordinating preparation of complex documents with multiple owners when required.
  • Managing RFIs.
  • Converting documents to PDF and compiling multipart documents.
  • Deliver consistent quality documents in accordance with project and client standards.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in an engineering environment.
  • Must be detailoriented with an eye for quality and ability to enforce it.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications and PDF programs;
  • Experience working in an EDMS
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to receive and convey instructions and communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Is resourceful and confident, able to own and complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn other software tools;
  • Solid knowledge of document management systems, processes and procedures;
  • Can adapt to changes and multitask, able to identify and solve problems or ask for help.
