CARE COORDINATOR_

Luxcare is one of the leading companies in Senior Home Care. - MUST HAVE SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE IN HOME CARE / HEALTH CARE

We are hiring a very experienced SCHEDULER to join our team full time 9:00AM to 5:00PM-Mon through Friday.

Responsibilities for Care Coordinator:

Organize Caregiver's availability with clients.
Add, cancel or make changes to clients /care team's schedules
Answering phones admin work client and staff support support with after hour calls projects

Qualifications:

Highly organized and can work well under pressure with excellent concentration.
General math skills and experience working with data
Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone will be communicating with staff and clients
Ability to fulfill the company's standards and values when performing scheduling tasks
Display kindness but also able to be firm with clients and employees
Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly
Schedule project timelines in order to predict the finish date for larger projects
Ability to retain and recall information
Excellent at learning new software
Team player
Positive attitude
