Premiere Med Spa & Aesthetics is looking to add a member to our team. We are looking to hire a full-time medical office assistant in a busy, fast-paced, plastic surgeon's office.

This position will assist our plastic surgeon on office procedure days, and consultations/follow up visits, and perform services (lasers, microneedling, facials, etc.) Education and previous experience are desirable.

We are looking for someone with a positive, self-motivated attitude and excellent work ethic. We would like this person to be passionate about our industry, ambitious and take initiative.

• Assist with consultations, injectables
• Ensure proper breast implants for surgery are at the office 7 days before surgery
• Cosmetic patient concerns call them or see them and communicate with Dr. Chandran
• Create and maintain cosmetic data
• Call cosmetic patients a few days after their consultation and ask if they have any questions or concerns
• Maintain the cosmetic patient packages and give them to the patients
• Skincare consultations
• Attend and work promotional events
• Upload photos on the common photos folder after every patient (at the very least at the end of each day)
• Work with vendors, sales reps and marketing consultants
• Disinfect room/equipment between patients as part of the COVID19 protocol immediately after they vacate the rooms
• Maintain inventory
• Ensure all the rooms are stocked with the proper equipment
• Perform all medical aesthetic procedures such as laser facials, laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, body contouring and microneedling.
• Inform clients of pre and postprocedure care, athome skin care needs, and treatment plans.
• Complete EMR for all clients and daily followup calls
• Responsible for all equipment maintenance and cleanliness, treatment room and overall clinic image

Salary:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour
