J&J Property Maintenance is a fast growing business looking for reliable team members to make a lasting impression on our customers.

Our company offers a variety of outdoor services providing year-round employment opportunities.

This winter we are looking for
Skid Steer Driver(Operator). Primary duties are to clear commercial lots with a skid steer.

Winter Equipment operators must submit pictures of work completed and time sheets for work performed and are expected to be
on call 24-7 to clear according to winter conditions.

We are Offering:

Seasonal Winter Position Feb 1
April 15; summer positions are also available
Guarantee of 20 hours per week
Health and dental benefits are available after 3 months of employment.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone dependable and motivated to perform high quality work within targeted timelines who also has:

1-3 years of experience operating a skid steer or other snow clearing equipment.
Ability to be oncall 247 in winter months including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift more than 25 pounds
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to complete work
Ability to communicate especially in difficult situations
Attention to detail

NOTES:
This job will be physically demanding

Minimum hours are filled with shop maintenance duties, training, or occasional assistance in other business divisions

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 18-25 per week

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
