    Description of the Position


    The role involves working as a key player in the consulting team to discover and define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations. The consultant will be responsible for creating detailed design artifacts, implementing deployment plans, and supporting knowledge transfer.


    Required Skills & Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
    • A minimum of 7 years of IT experience is necessary.
    • Candidates authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

    Preferred Qualifications


    • 8+ years of SAP CR&B implementation program experience with expertise in SAP CRM ISU / SAP S/4 Customer Service modules is preferred.
    • Experience with integrated projects including SAP CRM ISU / C4C ISU is also desirable.
