Sockrates Custom Socks is building a platform to create one of a kind client experiences through socks We are looking for an Account / Project Manager to join our small, but mighty team to manage a portfolio of some of our fastest growing customers.
As their main point of contact you will oversee all aspects of the customer relationship while working collaboratively with our Support and Operations teams.
You will help our existing customer base evangelize Sockrates throughout their organizations, and build relationships with our new customers through value-based interactions.
At Sockrates we believe delivering the highest quality physical product is as important as the customer's experience in working with us.
This position plays a critical role in shaping the future of our customer experience, working directly with our Marketing and Development teams to be the best in our industry.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Sockrates end users and distributor customers, with a growth mindset
- Work with current customers to understand what they want out of a client interaction, and provide solutions based on our product to alleviate them
- Work through a portfolio of customers to identify quick upsells and reorder opportunities
- Develop advanced knowledge of your customers' businesses and goals to accurately forecast our sales pipeline
- Track and report all key metrics related to customer growth, retention and Sockrates portal usage
- Engage in team development and mentoring

Compensation:
Depending on Experience - $52,000 - $58,000 CAD
Expected Work Hours:
Monday to Friday 9AM EST - 5:30 EST
