What Does a Talent Management Coordinator Do?:

The Talent Management Coordinator will support the planning, scoping and organizing of special events, act as the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, coordinating talent management programs, support the annual talent review and succession planning processes, workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives (e.g.

internships), and actively participating in ad hoc projects.


As a Talent Management Coordinator, You Will:

  • Provide support to the Talent Management Unit to ensure tasks on hand are completed efficiently, timely and accurately to meet unit and company goals and objectives
  • Support the development and implementation of programs and/or initiatives that will encourage diversity, promote equity, and support psychological safety for all employees
  • Execute a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs
  • Support Employee Engagement programs, resources, and tools
  • Collaborate with our Employee Engagement Specialist to develop and execute internal campaigns that drive engagement and employee retention
  • Be responsible for developing training schedules, coordinating training logistics, venues, communicating with trainees, the training supervisors and management, ensuring the training program curriculum is current and up to date through an evaluation program, as well as supporting corporate and divisional learning and development goals and initiatives
  • Act as a steward over Trainees and Facilitators guiding them through the training process
  • Prepare and track invoices for the unit, including funds allocated for broader professional development and supplies
  • Support employer branding activities such as online and offline events, campaigns, presentations, and outofthebox initiatives to attract talent and empower recruitment activities

What You'll Bring:


  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources
  • 12 years of relevant work experience in a Human Resources department
  • Quick learner, detailoriented with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to support projects and initiatives, collaborative team player
  • Customercentric mindset coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service
