We're building next-generation credit solutions that span the entire lifecycle—from acquisition and account management to collections—anchored in a holistic Lending Decision Strategy and aligned with Canadian Personal & Business Banking (P&BB) priorities.

This is your opportunity to influence credit cycles using modern modeling techniques and best-in-class decisioning applications, all within a high-performance customer-focused environment. We're looking for someone to design and execute advanced credit account management strategies across Credit Card and Unsecured Lending portfolios. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Risk, Technology, Analytics Operations developing scalable automated strategies leveraging decision tree technologies machine learning-enabled models optimization tools ensuring continued portfolio resilience governance regulatory standards. As Senior Manager you will play critical role designing executing complex analytical projects including model development deployment plan implementation execution validation maintaining ongoing governance compliance remodels as required ensuring alignment business goals risk objectives.
  • Design implement customer-level account management strategies align actions growth profitability risk objectives use decision tree optimization platforms.
  • Act key model user apply models scores strategy logic ensure proper interpretation segmentation differentiate risk portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities new segmentation approaches behavioral scores analytical enhancements improve predictive power strategy performance.
