Swiss Chalet Woodlawn is looking for passionate Dining Room Manager to ensure our guests receive the best dining experience possible.

You will be responsible for ensuring the dining room is ready for each meal service and motivating staff to be attentive and friendly throughout their shift.

Guest recouvery when issues arise along with the great overall operation of the the dining room will be expected._


Dining Room Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Examine the dining room before each meal service and ensure it is ready with all the necessary supplies
  • Manage staff schedules and encourage topnotch customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Create daily expense reports and sales summaries
  • Hire and train new associates as necessary
  • Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for both guests and associates

Dining Room Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of work experience in a high volume, fullservice restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge of frontofhouse operations, including the financial aspects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Full time availability

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
