Senior Project Manager — Vancouver, BC

The Role
Lead mid-to-large commercial builds from early design and CM through tender, conversion, and delivery. You'll own the plan, the numbers, the risks, and the relationships—mentoring the team while driving schedule, quality, and financial performance. (Projects are typically ~$30M+.)
What You'll Do
Run full lifecycle project delivery: design input, budgets (Class D/B/Tender), procurement, contracts, site logistics/methods, close-out.
Lead CM (CCDC 5A/5B) and convert to stipulated sum (CCDC 2); manage risks/opportunities and tender recaps.
Build and coach a high-performing team of PMs/PCs; collaborate closely with supers, clients, consultants, and trades.
Forecast accurately; manage change, costs, and reporting with discipline.
Must-Haves
8+ years with a general contractor on mid-to-large commercial projects.
5+ years of this experience directly as a Project Manager.
Proven delivery from design through completion and CM conversion
Advanced budgeting/tendering; strong risk management and tender recap experience.
Proficient with MS Project; strong site logistics planning and methodology development.
Sharp forecasting and financial reporting.
Valid driver's licence; able to balance office and site work.
Nice-to-Haves
Proposal writing that clearly articulates value and methodology.
Track record mentoring PM/PC talent and elevating team standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Base: from $135,000 - $180,000 CAD + bonus potential.
Ownership: participate in a 100% employee-owned model.
