Job description
We're looking for an experienced web designer who understands one thing above all: conversion.The goal is to create a website that functions primarily as a high-performing landing page. This is not about building a complex multi-page corporate site. It's about designing a focused, strategic experience that guides visitors clearly toward one main action.
Objective:
Design a modern, conversion-optimized website that:
Communicates the value proposition within seconds
Builds trust quickly
Leads users naturally to a clear call-to-action
Is optimized for both desktop and mobile
Follows proven UX and CRO principles
Scope of Work:
Strategic layout planning (above-the-fold clarity is critical)
Clear messaging structure (hero section, problem, solution, proof, CTA flow)
Clean, modern visual design aligned with brand identity
Conversion-optimized structure
Strong visual hierarchy
Mobile-first responsiveness
Fast-loading and lightweight design
Integration-ready for tools (e.g. email capture, booking, checkout depending on final setup)
Deliverables:
Full landing page design (Figma or similar preferred)
Mobile and desktop versions
Style guide elements (fonts, buttons, colors)
Developer-ready assets
Optional:
Implementation in Webflow, Framer, WordPress, or similar (please specify your stack)
Ideal Candidate:
Strong portfolio of high-converting landing pages
Clear understanding of CRO principles
Experience designing pages for lead generation, digital products, services, or info products
Ability to think strategically, not just visually
Clean, minimal aesthetic with strong structure
Fluent communication in English
Bonus:
Experience with A/B testing
Copywriting or messaging experience
Performance optimization knowledge
Familiarity with analytics and tracking setup
