WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Education & Experience:


  • 2 or more years of experience in an Administrative, Reception or Office Management position; supporting senior leadership preferred.
  • Post-Secondary education in business administration an asset.
  • Advanced level of computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher and SharePoint a firm requirement.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including working effectively with management and staff at all levels of the organization.

  • Eager to learn and flexible to take on new responsibilities and modified work schedule, with a "no task is too big or too small" attitude.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?


The Executive Operations Assistant directly supports assigned senior leaders, from day-to-day executive assistant duties to coordination and facilitation of projects and programs that involve senior leaders.

The position will provide a high level of customer service to both internal staff and external stakeholders by responding to their queries in a professional and helpful manner.

This role will also manage calendars, coordinate meetings, provide administrative support, and liaise with others in the organization. The Executive Operations Assistant supports in planning and executing events, coordinating contributors, and preparing presentations.
