Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential customers in the construction industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation:
This position is commission-based, with the potential for high earnings based on performance.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$63,916.00-$73,391.00 per year
