About This Opportunity:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales organization's capabilities.

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to developing enablement programs, driving the execution of them, working closely with internal stakeholders to refine our Enablement processes as needed, and leveraging our sales enablement and learning tech stack.

Responsibilities \uD83D\uDCBB:


  • Collaborate with Enablement & Sales leadership to create & tailor enablement programs
  • Design, deliver and facilitate select training programs in partnership with field managers to ensure bestinclass, modern, and engaging training experience that impact identified KPIs
  • Leverage our unique learning tech stack to create, deliver and drive programs.
This includes learning experience design and LMS administration

  • Contribute to the creation and curation of training content, job aids, and learning experiences
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our Gong instance to drive engagement on key initiatives across sales teams and collect anecdotal examples that will allow you to provide impactful coaching
  • Assist with maintenance of our sales resources library and online training academy
  • Ensure consistent adoption of all methodologies, tools, enablement assets, and best practices
  • Continuously innovate on all aspects of enablement including programs, delivery, adoption, and reporting
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team's support initiatives
  • Contribute to our internal knowledgebase, working closely with our crossfunctional teams

Requirements:


  • 2+ years experience in Sales/ Revenue Enablement and/or corporate training
  • 2+ years of quota carrying sales experience in midmarket or enterprise segments
  • Proven success in full cycle sales role
  • Strong bias for actionAbility to handle ambiguity and navigate through it to drive resultsIndustry experience preferred, but not limited to the SaaS sector
  • Ability to exercise discretion, decisiveness, and independent judgment on business and training matters
  • Good facilitation skills and ability to take a large audience on a journey while presenting
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a highgrowth SaaS business
  • A resultsdriven mindset with a passion for seeing others win Strategic thinking and ability to align initiatives with business objectives
  • Selfmotivated and able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment
  • Innovative and willing to experiment with new strategies to achieve optimal results
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with sales professionals at all levels
  • Detailoriented with an eye for designing engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to enhance performance
  • Excellent time management and focus on productivity

Nice to haves:


  • Experience with value engineering in sales
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana
  • Experience with enablement tools such as Gong
  • Experience authoring elearning content
  • Knowledge of adult learning and enablement theory
  • Have designed games for learning, job aides, learning experiences, tests & assessments
  • Has experience curating content and managing content lifecycles
