Panther Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation has been providing expert care since 1987 and is a leader in the delivery of acute rehabilitation in the Calgary area.

We are looking for a dynamic receptionist interested in personal and professional growth.

You will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload.

Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist
Assist Physiotherapists with busy caseloads
Ensures that gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
Maintains a presentable and organized clinic
Assembling chart packages
Processing discharged patient charts and provider reports
Perform administrative duties as needed; photocopying, reception, supply orders

Qualifications

Medical Office Assistant experience an asset
Experience working with EMR
Clinic Master is preferred but not required
Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong critical thinking
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong computer abilities
Ability to complete light administrative tasks as needed
Take and follow direction well with ability to work autonomously
