Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The team you will be a part of

We lead the industry with the best Network Processor technology (FP5), QoS, parallel processing, Network Function Virtualization, and product quality.

Products cover the spectrum from small CPE-devices supporting a few low-speed Ethernet links to carrier-class and datacenter-class systems supporting terabits of routing capacity.

The IP Routing Hardware organization is very flat - there are few levels of management between the Individual Contributor and the VP of Hardware.

We are also very lean - each team member spends more time doing technical work and less time on overhead.

As a result, your work has high visibility and your decisions directly impact product design and product quality.

What you will learn and contribute to

As a Hardware System Integration Tester, you will:

Build up system integration test beds for the design verification of new IP Routers
Plan and execute tests with a deep understanding of the hardware circuitry and software features
Analyze test results and methodically troubleshoot bugs
Work with Hardware and Software teams to ensure a highquality product

Your skills and experience

You have:

Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering
3+ years of experience testing complex systems in an R&D team
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills

It would be nice if you also had:

A good understanding of Ethernet, IP, and IEEE telecommunications standards
Scripting ability in Python
Foundational knowledge of electronic circuits
