Description

We're seeking a qualified Partner Solution Specialist who provides consultation and product expertise to guide clients in setting up and/or managing their business using Martello's tools and products.

This role will be on pre-sales support, post sale delivery and strategy for Mitel.

You will develop positive long-term relationships with customers and align solutions to address their specific challenges, optimizing business value and increasing product knowledge and sales.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Using Salesforce to track new customers, licenses, billing and support
  • Working with team on strategic discussions for future state including redeveloping best practices, reporting and new product/features
  • Onboarding and training new partners on the value of MPA, as required
  • Providing technical expertise to the Mitel sales team for pre and post sales
  • Maintaining partner portal to allow access for top tier partners to access licensing information
  • Offering support to billing, support, and fulfillment teams
  • Will assist in identifying and building new integrations/automations and/or processes for fulfillment, billing and support to allow handoff to the appropriate internal teams


  • Occasional travel

  • MUST hold a valid passport at all times and be willing to travel

Desired skills and experience include:


  • 13 years of related experience in a similar role involving pre, post or technical sales
  • Experience working with Mitel a definite asset
  • Power BI experience a definite asset
  • A motivated, results oriented individual who loves being a part of a team
  • Open communicator who takes responsibility and isn't afraid to challenge the statusquo
  • Creative, with a problemsolving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to make decisions requiring significant analysis and interpretation
