Job summary
We are building an AI-powered voice receptionist solution for dental clinics designed to handle high volumes of inbound patient calls across multiple client locations.The system will answer calls 24/7, manage appointment scheduling, respond to common patient inquiries, escalate urgent calls to human staff, and send automated SMS confirmations.
This project will begin with a pilot deployment and is expected to expand to additional clinics once validated.
- Answer inbound calls during and outside regular business hours
- Respond to common patient inquiries (office hours, services, location, insurance basics)
- Identify new vs. existing patients
